patch - correct working of cyrillic keys in vncviewer when connecting to Xvnc

Vlad Kharchev
Hello,

Here is an indirect link to a patch to vncviewer for win32 that allows to enter cyrillic
characters into Xvnc (it translates character values into X11 keysyms):
    http://vnc-related.blogspot.com/2007/11/patch-for-vncviewer-win32-for-correct.html

This works fine even for tightvnc 1.3.9. The readme there says that it requires Xvnc to be
patched, but this is wrong (I think).

This makes vncviewer not working with VNC servers for windows (with respect to entry of cyrillic
characters), but imho it makes sense to add some checkbox to some Options dialog to allow
toggling of this functionality.

What do you think about this?

 Best regards,

Thank you, I've included working on this into my plans. It's a shame
that TightVNC has problems with Cyrillic characters, this needs to be fixed.
