VNC screen issues

Hi there…having an issue with VNC where (in some cases) it does not display the full screen (cannot see or scroll down to the menu bar on the bottom of the screen)…any ideas for fixes?

I am having a similar problem with one of my 14 POS terminals. I can connect the first time okay, but the terminal is having issues and after I reboot it I can connect, but all I see is a black screen. The other terminals all work fine.

 

I’m going to reinstall TightVNC and see how that works.

I myself have seen something like this happen, I believe it occurred when the resolution changed while installing an intel display driver. As additional info, I do use DFImirage on win10 rs1
